How to Renew Your Membership

Membership Benefits

General Membership Dues: $40.00/year

Associate Membership Dues: $35.00/year

(ONLY for related professionals not pursuing a writing career.)

Dues are pro-rated as follows:

     June-July: $30.00

     August-September: $25.00

     October-December: $20.00

Please note: All applicants must be a general member of the national chapter of

Romance Writers of America to join the New York City chapter.

Chapter dues are due February 2, 2008*.

General Membership Renewal: $40.00

Associate Membership Renewal: $35.00

Charter Membership Renewal**: $35.00

*A $10 late fee will apply to all renewals after February 2nd.

**ONLY for those with continuous membership since 1989.

RWA®/NYC offers membership to published and unpublished authors along with industry professionals and anyone interested in romantic fiction.

There are two ways to pay membership fees, by mail with a check or through the online application using a credit card or PayPal account.

To pay by mail, complete the downloadable Membership Form, and return the printed application along with your dues to:

To pay online, submit the following Online Membership Application and pay the dues using the appropriate Pay Now option on the bottom of the page. Please note: membership will not be complete until both the application and payment have been received.

For general members who

want to renew their RWA/NYC membership.

New Associate or Charter Membership - $35.00

For industry professionals not pursuing a writing career or charter members who have been continuous members since 1989.

New General

Membership - $40.00

For published or pre-published authors who want to join the

RWA/NYC.

Associate or Charter Membership Renewal - $45.00

For associate or charter members who want to renew their RWA/NYC membership.
