  • Simple Syrup or Orange Juice  (to make your own Simple Syrup combine 1 cup sugar in 1 cup water over low to medium heat until completely dissolved. THIS INGREDIENT ISNT NECESSARY BUT IT DOES CUT THE TART OF THE LIMES.)

Mexican Chocolate Martini
  • 1 cup of Mexican hot chocolate prepared  store in refrigerator for an hour
  • Patron XO Cafe or your favorite Coffee Liqueur
  • Vodka (for extra happy bozzy)
  • Ice
*Make on the rocks or frozen in blender for a more smoothie consistency*

Pina Colada
  • 1 Goya Cream of Coconut/Crema de Coco
  • Pineapple juice
  • Rum
  • Ice
*Make on the rocks or frozen in blender for a more smoothie consistency*

Sangria
  • 1 bottle non sweet red wine (preferably do not use a high quality bottle, try not to spend more than $10 on it)
  • Brandy (any brand; I usually get a 375ml bottle less than $10 cost)
  • Simple Syrup OR Orange Juice OR White/Brown Sugar
  • Seasonal local fruit  I usually use a combination of 3 fruits can be any of these  orange, apple, pear, grape, peach (KEEP THE SKIN ON FRUIT)
*Note: for the BEST Sangria you will need to let it sit for a couple of hours or overnight so the flavors of fruit mix well with everything). Also this recipe will make several servings of Sangria*
