    CONTESTANT’S AGREEMENT 
    I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am the author of this entry, along with any co-author(s) listed above. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the rules of the "RWA/NYC Blurb" Contest. I further understand and agree that any question regarding the interpretation of the rules or any others matters relating to the Contest will be decided by the Contest Coordinator(s), and I agree to accept and abide by their decision. I understand that blurb judging is a subjective process, and I agree to accept and abide by the decision of the judge and/or coordinators. I understand that ideas and titles cannot be copyrighted. I expressly agree to hold harmless RWA/NYC and its Contest personnel, including participating editors and their publishing houses, for any and all losses, costs or expenses incurred by me or on my behalf in connection with my participation in the Contest or any other matter related to this Contest. I further agree to reimburse and/or indemnify RWA/NYC and its Contest personnel, including participating editors and their publishing houses, for any and all losses, costs or expenses incurred as a result of my participation in the Contest. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this Contestant’s Agreement. I further understand that if I do not sign this entry form, my entry will be disqualified.
